Weinstein Wellness is a self pay/out of pocket service. Currently, sessions are $150 and are subject to change with time.
New clients may complete paperwork prior to their first session. The necessary paperwork is available for your convenience by clicking the buttons below ~ paperwork will open in a PDF file format. After filling out the paperwork you may submit via e-mail to erica@weinsteinwellness.com or bring to our first session. Completing the paperwork ahead of time saves time at our first session.
